Making Hash Oil

You can make hash oil in the most professional and efficient way with Black Leaf’s Teflon Sheet. Use PTFE sheet in combination with Dexso gas (dimethylether) and produce the purest BHO, Shatter or Crumble. By far the best way in which to make these forms of dabs is with Dexso gas and a metal Oil Extractor (see recommended products). It is purer, you need less, it’s better for the environment, and it is less dangerous and non-toxic. In short: the best alternative for butane gas. The only problem with dimethylether is that you cannot let it leak out into a silicon dish (which you usually do if you are going to make hash oil). Dimethylether damages silicon which can turn up in your end product. Nobody wants that, of course. Therefore we offer you the solution: Teflon Sheet from Black Leaf.

Use Teflon Sheet by laying it on top of a silicon dish (cover completely). You can then let the hash oil leak out onto this.

What is Teflon?

Teflon is the brand of polytetrafluoroethylene, or PTFE for short. It is a plastic in which hydrogen atoms are replaced by fluorine. In part because of this, PTFE has the lowest possible friction coefficient. In good English: Teflon is a very smooth material. This makes Teflon the ideal basis for drying and processing extracts of, for example, weed-free. For that reason Non-stick coating in pans is often provided with a layer of Teflon. This film is also easy to clean with water and detergent and can therefore also be used again.

This sheet with PTFE coating is therefore ideal for extraction using butane gas and dimethylether. It is 100% proof against alcohol and ethanol. Teflon is incredibly heat-resistant. The temperature range for this coated sheet goes from -60 °C to +260 °C. The Teflon Sheet roll is sized at 100 x 40 cm. If you need a smaller piece you can easily cut the sheet with a Stanley knife or something similar.
