Delivery time & Shipping costs

We strive to inform you as thoroughly as possible about our products and services. Below you'll find frequently asked questions about shipping and delivery.

Packages within the Netherlands are delivered within 1–2 business days after payment. For Belgium, Germany, and France, the delivery time is 2–3 business days after payment. For other European countries, delivery takes 4–5 business days. We do not ship products outside Europe. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment, and you will receive an email once the order has been dispatched.

After placing your order, we will keep you informed via email about the status of your order. You will receive an email when:

  • You place the order (order confirmation)
  • The payment is received (payment confirmation)
  • The order is shipped (shipping confirmation)

This email may end up in your spam folder, so please check there as well. You will receive a notification by email every time the status of your order changes. Make sure to check your spam folder, as the email might be filtered there.

Your order will be shipped in an envelope or a parcel. The shipping method depends on the weight and size of the products. We aim to keep the packaging materials as minimal as possible.

Your order is processed as soon as the payment is received. If you pay directly, your order will be forwarded immediately to our warehouse. If you choose bank transfer, the order will be processed once the payment is received. We check bank transfers twice a day, up to 4:00 PM. Orders are processed by our warehouse during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:30

After your order is processed, you will receive an automated email, which may end up in your spam folder. Please check it.

Orders are shipped at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday at around 16:30.

Our packages are picked up in the afternoon. Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking code by email. This message may end up in your spam folder.

Shipments are carried out by shipping companies. We take responsibility for damaged or lost items. This means you can return any damaged items. If your items are lost, we will start an investigation with the courier.

We ship your parcel via DHL.

We only ship orders within Europe. Below is a detailed list of countries. Some products have additional shipping restrictions because they may not be legal in the destination country. These restrictions are indicated on the product pages. Shipping restrictions are also checked in the cart when you select your delivery country.

We only ship to the following European countries:

Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, and Sweden.
