Delivery time & Shipping costs
We endeavour to keep you fully informed about our products and services. Below you will find frequently asked questions about the shipping and delivery of products.
Within the Netherlands packages are delivered within 1-2 working days after payment. For Belgium, Germany, France and Great Britain the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days after payment. For other countries in Europe the delivery time is 4-5 working days after payment. We do not ship any products outside of Europe. Your order is despatched as soon as we have received payment.You will be sent an email when your order has been despatched.

Following placement of your order we keep you informed about the status of the order by email. You receive an acknowledgement when:
- You place the order (order confirmation)
- Payment has been received (payment confirmation)
- The order is shipped (shipping confirmation)
These mails might end up in the unwanted folder of your mailbox. Check this if necessary. Each time the status of your order changes, you will receive an email message about this. Check your unwanted folder if necessary. It may be that the email ends up in that folder.
Your order will be sent in either an envelope or a package. Which method is used for shipping your order depends on the weight and size of the products.
Your order is processed as soon as payment has been received. In the case of a direct payment your order is sent through immediately to our warehouse. If you select payment by bank, then the order is processed as soon as the payment comes in. We check these bank payments twice a day up to 16:00 at the latest. Following payment, orders are dealt with by our warehouse during the following times.
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 19:00
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 21:00
- Saturday: 12:00 - 16:00
After the order has been processed you will receive an automatic email which could end up in the unwanted folder.
Orders are shipped at the following times:
- Monday to Friday up to 19:00
- Monday to Friday up to 21:00
- Sunday up to 21:00
Our packages are collected in the evenings. As soon as these have been transferred to one of the shipping companies, you will be sent the track and trace code by email. This email might end up in the unwanted folder.
Shipping takes place via shipping companies. We take responsibility for damage incurred and lost items. This means that you can return items that are damaged. For missing items we will begin an investigation with the relevant shipping company.

All envelope shipments are despatched via PostNL. Do you live abroad? If so, your order will be transferred to the postal service in your country. You can track your envelope subsequently on the local website for the relevant service.
Our products are sent fully discretely. The packages and envelopes do not bear any logo or the name of the web shop.
We ship orders only within Europe. A detailed list of countries is shown below. In this context, certain products have additional shipping restrictions because some products are not legal in the country of destination. These shipping restrictions are indicated with the products concerned. The shipping restrictions are also checked in the shopping basket when the destination for your order is specified.
