Online since 2001
Since 2001, we are active as online web shop, previously with rollmate.nl and from 2006 with Dutch-Headshop.com. We understand like no other that an online shop can only be successful when the service for the customer is as good as possible.
Long opening hours and lots of contact options
Our customer service has long opening hours and several contact options. From now, we are available between 9 and 21h via: Telephone, Email, Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp. On Saturday, we are at your disposal from 12 to 16h.
The Language of the Dutch-Headshop Customer Service
Your question is not among the frequently asked questions? At the Dutch-Headshop you can always contact our customer service for all of your questions. We can perfectly understand your questions in one of these four languages: Dutch, English, German or French. As we can best express ourselves in Dutch or English, you will receive an answer by chat or email in English. In case you have difficulty understanding English: no problem. Please indicate this in your message and we will try to provide an answer in your preferred language.
