Opening times and Contact options

Our customer service has extended opening times and several options for getting in touch. We are available on Monday through Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm by Telephone, E-mail, Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram.

Languages for Customer Service

You can get in touch with our customer service for answers to all your questions. We can answer your questions on the telephone in Dutch or English. If you ask your questions on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook or via email or the contact form, we can reply in Dutch, English, German or French. So feel free to ask your question in any of these four languages.

Improving our service

We continuously endeavour to improve our service. Therefore, any tips or suggestions are always welcome. You can send them in via the channels previously mentioned. Also, if you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you can always Contact us. Our customer service is ready and waiting to hear from you, and your response is an opportunity for us to improve the service!
