Amsterdam Genetics hit the nail on the head with this successful hybridisation. By crossing Tangerine (sativa-dominant hybrid) with the highly popular G13 weed (indica), this strain has created a very pronounced and fruity taste of citrus. 

The sweet taste of Tangerine weed is closely combined with a typical sativa effect. In part thanks to the 20% THC, just a couple of good drags are enough for uplifting and euphoric vibes. Feel nice and cheerful and chilled at the same time from the deeply relaxing body buzz of this tarted-up G13 strain. It’s perfect for lying on the sofa watching a film with a bunch of friends.

Also worth mentioning: analyses indicate a high percentage of CBG: 1.8%. That’s more cannabigerol than what many weed plants have in CBD! For this reason, it’s also a big favourite with medicinal users.

Growth and Yield

The indica-dominant Tangerine G13 strain has unusually strong growth due to its sativa characteristics. That means you can count on a vigorous plant that gets to an average 150 cm in height (indoors). If you give it plenty of loving care, outdoors it can grow into a sturdy bush some 250 cm in height. That is big for an indica-dominant strain. These unique characteristics mean you can also use SCrOG or Sea of Green techniques with this strain.

You won’t be disappointed with Tangerine G13’s yield, that’s for sure. Indoors, you can reckon on 500 grammes per square metre (especially if you apply the above-mentioned cultivation techniques).
