Flavor and Effects

This sativa-dominant hybrid is exceptionally high in myrcene; one of the terpenes that not only gives a spicy aroma to Mimosa, but also has a stoned-making effect when combined with the significant 22% THC percentage. So don't be fooled by reading "sativa" and thinking you won't get stoned but high. This strain with its flavor explosion is awesome to enjoy at night. Mimosa is therefore also recommended for fine-dining.

Growth and Yield Mimosa Strain

Mimosa has one big (well, actually small) advantage. She doesn't grow very tall. That means that in the grow room (max. 80 cm) you won't have a problem with lamp height and in the garden (max. 120 cm) she won't come near the fence line. This makes Mimosa suitable for stealth growing. Keeping Mimosa small, you can harvest around 400 grams per square meter after 9-10 weeks of flowering. Outdoors, she can yield 550 grams per plant.

Be careful of the pungent smell of Mimosa. The unmistakable aroma of deep-rooted skunk genetics finds its way easier than you think. Let her flower until mid-October for the best balance of flavor and potency. Make sure the grow space is completely filled with foliage for the greatest yield. Fortunately, this plant is extremely suitable for LST, ScrOG and Sea of Green growing techniques that allow you to do just that.
