The effect of the Mexican Sativa strain lasts very long after smoking or vaping. The head high is energetic and you will feel euphoric. Laughing fits are part of it and you definitely don't get tired. It is a motivating strain for daytime use. Also medicinal users who can handle 18% THC can enjoy this strain. The taste is woody with pine and earth. Some phenotypes get a hint of citrus.

Growth and yield

Watch the height. Outdoors Mexican Sativa can grow up to 3 meters tall and indoors if space is limited you will really have to contain her with growing techniques. She has a mild odor, so if you don't let her rise above the fence she is best suited for stealth growing. The flowering period can vary from 7 to 10 weeks, all depending on the plant's environment. Determining the right harvest time is a fun challenge. All in all, you can harvest up to half a kilo per plant under ideal conditions.

Want to limit her height? Keep the growing phase short by switching your light schedule to flowering early or start relatively late in the year when growing outdoors. Sensi Seeds advises growers to defoliate the plant if you want to increase the yield. Scrogging, lollipoping and supercropping can also be applied to the Mexican Sativa strain.
