Deep Rest is a calming evening blend from Shilafit with sweet fennel, chamomile blossom, lavender and valerian root, complemented by rooibos, cinnamon and linden blossom. The tea is warm, smooth and lightly sweet, completely caffeine-free and without artificial additives. What is Shilajit
Shilajit is a unique, sticky substance found in mountain ranges such as the Himalayas and Karakoram, formed through centuries of plant matter mineralization under extreme conditions. Deeply rooted in traditional medicine such as Ayurveda and Tibetan healing, it has been praised for over 2000 years for its rejuvenating and restorative properties. Usage and Dosage
Use one heaping teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of loose tea per cup and place it in a tea strainer or paper filter. Pour boiling water (100 °C) over it and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Optionally, add 250–500 mg of Shilajit resin to your warm tea and stir until fully dissolved.
