CBD Oil 5%

This oil from Hemplife contains 5% CBD, which is equivalent to 500 mg. This is the commonest and most popular percentage of CBD oil on the market. It’s ideal for beginners because you can always still go up or down with the dosage. In our experience, we frequently see that CBD oil 5% is perfect for very many people. If that doesn’t apply to you, then you can always take a step up and try 10% or even 20% CBD oil from Hemplife. The possibilities are endless!

This product contains a full-spectrum hemp extract. That is to say, other cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes are present in addition to CBD. Together they constitute around 500 milligrammes.

What is CBD?

CBD is obtained from legal fiber hemp; the same plant used for making cords, building materials and even clothing for many hundreds of years. CBD Oil Dosage & Use

The right dosage of CBD oil is different for everyone. Factors such as body weight and your needs play a big role in this. In any event, we recommend you start cautiously with 1 to 3 drops twice a day. This is a good initial dosage of CBD oil. You can then raise or lower the dosage as you wish. Tip: be sure to allow a couple of days leeway between each increase or decrease in the dosage. This will allow you to determine what the ideal amount for you is by listening well to your body.

You can take the drops of CBD oil by dripping them from the pipette bottle. Put the drops under your tongue and give them a few seconds to be absorbed before swallowing. If necessary, wash them down with a glass of water.
