Directions for use Ready 2 Recover
A daily dose consists of 2 tablets. There are three logical moments to use Ready 2 Recover:
- Preparation: take one dose the day before to support your body in advance.
- Partying: take one dose about 2 hours before the festive day.
- Support: take one dose the next morning.
For a 1-day festival, you need at least 3 daily doses. For a 2-day festival, you need at least 4 daily doses. For longer festivals, add one daily dose for each extra festive day. Take the tablets with sufficient water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Precautions Ready 2 Recover
Ready 2 Recover is a dietary supplement and not a substitute for a varied diet, healthy lifestyle or medical treatment. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do you have a liver condition, kidney condition, thyroid condition or do you use medication? Consult your GP first. Also do this during pregnancy, breastfeeding or if you have doubts about your health.
