I don’t have any effects with the Mulungu to improve my sleep.
I tried différent ways to prepare it, i even doubled the quantities but still nothing.
Why? Maybe I prepare it wrong?

What generally really helps is to leave mulungu in hot water for longer to make it absorb more of those active ingredients. One recommmend preparation is to leave mulungu to simmer for an hour on the stove to do just that.
