Vaporizers & Accessories

Only unused vaporizers can be returned. With this, we understand no herbs, weed or other substances have been used. The mouthpiece should not have been in your mouth.

You can inspect every vaporizer. With inspecting, we understand that you can remove the vaporizer from the packaging, hold it, charge it, and turn it on. But: without herbs or actually putting it on your mouth.

Vaporizer Vapor & Returns

If you're used to smoking joints and you're switching to a vaporizer, congratulations! That is a very wise choice. But watch out! The effect of the weed is certainly no less, but there is definitely a difference with smoking a joint. For starters, vapor is different from smoke. Vapor clouds are a lot more transparent than you are used to. When vaping with a vaporizer, little vapor is released compared to the amount of smoke that is created when smoking a joint. That's why your vaporizer may not work properly, but that's the point. Since the temperature is lower, there is no combustion. As a result, the vapor feels less sharp and heavy on the throat. Despite that, you still get all the active substances from cannabis and the weed works just as well as when smoking a joint.

Because vaping gives desired results other than smoking, you cannot return a vaporizer because "too little vapor comes out of the device". Vaporizers can only be returned if it does not work. Set the vaporizer to the desired temperature, breathe slowly, deep and slow (over your lungs) and make sure your weed isn't tamped when you put it in your vaporizer.

Vaporizers and Fast Chargers

Not all vaporizers are known to work equally well on USB fast chargers that come with a phone. The technical reason is unknown to us, but it will protect the battery of your vaporizer. So NEVER use fast chargers to charge your vaporizer. Use any other USB charger without a quick charge function, such as the USB port of your computer, TV, receiver or game console. As long as the device you're charging with is turned on.

Weed pipes, Bongs & Accessories

Also for weed pipes, water pipes and related accessories, we only accept unused products as return. You may take the product in your hand, but you may not have put herbs, weed or extracts in the weed pipe or water pipe. Also, for hygienic reasons, you cannot return a bong or weed pipe you already put on your mouth.

Grinders

You may inspect a grinder, but without crumbling herbs or weed. You can return unused grinders if you don't like it.

E-sigaretten

We can also accept e-cigarettes and pen vaporizers as return when it never contained any e-liquid. For hygienic reasons, you cannot return an e-cigarette you have already put on your mouth.

Glassware & Storage (Cannolator, measuring cups, pipette bottles, etc.)

In case the glassware is clean and hygienic, you can return your order. For pipette bottles, only unused items can be returned. To return your product, traces of use in glassware are not permitted.

Making hash (Ice-O-Lator, etc.)

Check out your order properly before you start making hash. Unfortunately, you cannot return products that have already been used to make hash.
